At Teleport Scents, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping on all orders. Please review our policy below to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free on all orders
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional cost
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Delays
Teleport Scents is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered,” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 24 hours to see if it arrives later
- Contact the carrier directly
