Refund policy

Effective Date: 27 May 2025

Thank you for shopping at Teleport Scents. We value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if marked as final sale)

To initiate a return, please contact us at trarenal12@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at trarenal12@gmail.com.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with a photo of the damage and your order number.


4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless the product was faulty).


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging.

We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
